Timezone is irrelevant. They don’t release them on specific times, but general times within a window.

Being released outside the window is an exception, and yeah, the teasers are always much later, and seemingly have a much longer window.
I mean another reason could be that MBB was absorbed with other (with other german) aerospace companys into Airbus Defence and Space

after those streams on thursdays they usually announce the teaser that its dropping soon and to expect dev stream tomorrow. but sometimes rarely teaser drops at other times
