how is the germany tech tree with the scharn, do they need a better ship? or should they try to fix the other nations ships to be more on par/ better game mechanics to fix issues that are simply caused by gaijin ?

In the game, both. Theoritically J10 never carried any of those Pl5 but I guess it’s for the balance. J10 should use Pl8B instead which is pretty much Python3 with IRCCM

I wish. I used to have and Azur Lane HMS Belfast skin on HMS Belfast, I had to uninstall and reinstall WT and that got rid of the skin.
