Technically…It shouldnt be locked as some event tanks that were in one TT were still added into their nation TT. I think it is the case with Merkavas in US TT then being a event vehicles, but normally being in Israel TT

They’re different Merkava 2’s that were practically the same but armor was removed, etc. That was the “work around”. That’s why the engine idea is the saving grace for the Moderna while the Merkava 3D LIC is the saving grace for Israel to get it.
