It fits the criteria for a suggestion to be created. Thats already been clarified twice before now in at least the last 30 mins :)
A suggestion requirement is the minimum requirement for an idea to be considered. Its not the minimum requirement for it to be implemented, particularly if there is a more complete / viable alternative to it.

Answered numerous times. When viable replacements are located / ready and implemented, they can be reconsidered.
