pretty much only those countries are buying them as a multi role that have previously used american Jets for the same role
Germany and Britain are an exception but then again they’re not intending to use it as their main aircraft
Britain developed F-35B solely as a Harrier replacement
and Germany using them to replace the Tornado but only in the nuclear strike role because it’s just not fit for the other roles as the Americans block everything
