See the issue is the F-111C and the AIM are in two different situations. The AIM is not a vehicle designed just for Australia, it is just a variant of the M1A1 that Australia picked up. However the F-111C is made just for Australia meaning it is in a completely different situation than the AIM and I think its about time we see more Australian vehicles go to their rightful home.
If the F-111C was a variant the US used or it was designed for US use but they then decided to export it I would understand the F-111C going to US but it was designed purely for Australia so its in a weird situation.
Alternatively they could’ve just added the F-111K that was a genuine British variant that was a thing, but hey, I’ll take an Aussie one (still privately not convinced Gaijin isn’t gonna pull a funny on dev stream and unveil the Aussie one as a Premium for America but you know, that’s pessimistic me)
Having the Doflug 3802 and 3803, the true successors of the MS 406/410, eventually going to Germany, even though France would very much welcome fighters at this BR range given the gaps its fighter line have… It hurts, not gonna lie.
Still, if Gaijin do add them in the game, I will be happy. Been waiting for these aircrafts for a while.
Nothing? I think it would add some benefit for Britains CAS along with the Tornados but hey that’s just me.
I understand your frustration on having so many foreign Planes in the U.K. But the way I see the F-111C is one of the few planes that is fine to be added to the U.K. I don’t mind it at all.
