The Tor isn’t considered iconic.
Their reasoning for the F/A-18 not coming to another nation before the US gets it is that the F/A-18 is extremely famous and iconic.

Not entirely as per Smins message to why finland cant get their domestic hawk is that sweden already has a bunch of vehicles at that br so there no need to add it. Same goes for germany who dont have the finnish Arado or the B3C or G-6 bf. Its not a bias thing its a decision of that nation has enough of which i dont agree with, no one should be gate kept from vehicles they used.
