yeah, frontaly i know it cant take a 30mm as it is suposed to, tho you may have hit a wierd angle there or game wanted to be funny, who knows
Regardless its hilarious how fast they are to fix every other vehicle yet the CV9030 MK.IV has been just blatantly ignored. Would be a cool vehicle but rn its easily the worst IFV. A cannon that struggles in a full downtier and missiles that are more of a gimmick than anything. How they thought it should be above 10.0 is beyond me.

Ilma be frank, the only cv 90’s i think are good are the 40mm’s cause the others dont do mutch and none but the mk4 have missiles (i havent played the mk4 yet)
You need to play the 9035, 820hp, only weighs 32t has only 9mm pen less than the 40mm and has 35 rounds and the god send aphe round of DM13. Its a amazing vehicle. Im going 15D and 42K in the 9035 i finally bought with the sale. Amd the MK.IV im going 52D and 94K. The difference in cannon is insane. I love the 35mm. Spikes are worthless and the 30mm doesn’t have the pen nore the spall to warrant being above 10.0
Now im playing the 9035 at 10.7 with the MK.IV the MK.IV is just worthless. The cannon is the main fall back weapon since spikes cant be used on 90% of the maps when you get CQB maps. That 30mm is useless when you need to pump more than 30 rounds to kill a T series tank in the side or from behind. At least the 35mm can break barrels and send them back to the hanger reliably. Not to mention it has spall liners and overall better performance and its from my home country.
The 9035 is the best of both the 9030 and 9040. You have the gun performance for killung from the 9040 but you get the belt system from the 9030 and better mobility than the 9030 while having spall liners.

Its amazing, the MK.IV is trash compared to the glory of the 9035. Again it baffles me how gaijin could think the worst 30mm could even be at 10.7 especially since the MK.IV only has spikes in common with the other 10.7 and 11.0 IFV’s it has nothing else going for it and spikes are again more of a gimmick
The sad part is that it isnt eaven limited to a 30mm, when i look at their page the first one is the CV90 mk4 with a 50mm
I did look at pichures as well and most of the first one you see are with the 50mm as well
Thats because gaijin wants to sell the better models as a premium. They’ll probably be riddled with bugs also considering the mods ignore every question about the MK.IV

Part of the issue I think is that the CV90 platform as a whole is both modern and modular so information is somewhat hard to come by, and it is impossible to find into on exact specific models since that is hardly even a thing that exists for the vehicle.
they really have put some of the lamest cv90s in the game and failed to add most of the IMO really cool and interesting ones.
