CV 90 MK.IV data and discussion

Not at all what i said… I said that the VTM is for the UTAAS and not only the Trackfire system as there is proof for it being in the LVKV9040 TD (that doesn’t have the remote weapon station). Although i should clarify that the VTM can be integrated into both of them separately, i think (but don’t know) the RWS can use the tracking from the UTAAS without needing the module itself, it would make very much sense if it did.

It’s a tech demonstrator, most things that can be said it have tested are usually forwarded as suggestions.

In service in what though? It’s not automatically the CV90 UTAAS. The Trackfire system for example is in use on several boats.

Well considering it’s say full integration with SAAB’s VTM under the UTAAS sight section there’s only one conclusion to get from that imo. You wouldn’t need two VTM’s when it’s already in service with the UTAAS.

Not really, full integration with the module doesn’t automatically mean the module can be run in parallel by two separate FCS’s at the same time. It’s very likely though, but not automatically true by those statements alone.

But that wasn’t the point of any of my comments, all my comments are ment to prove that the module can be installed into the UTAAS sight without the Trackfire system being present.

Trackfire has its own FCS and is used on vehicles that do not have the UTAAS but can still have the VTM installed into the RWS.

There’s more evidence it has the AA ability through the FCS than not imo. I honestly don’t know why it’s not already implemented on the more modern CV90s in game. Any other vehicle with this much evidence would have already had it implemented.

Absolutely 100% , that does not mean video tracking though.

Because the sort of tracking the CV90 uses is not programmed as a feature in the game yet. There are A LOT of modern MBT’s that uses a similar system but that isn’t in the game yet either. As soon as that sort of system is implemented as a feature i’m very sure the CV90 serries of vehicles will get it as well.

Nope, as it is not a function in game yet so none of them do, and video tracking has not been proven for the CV90’s other than the LVKV9040.

I have previously explained the type of tracking it uses and how it functions here:

Get ready to be ignored, single nation gimmicks are left to rot unless it earns them money for prolinged periods of time. Look at the strv 103 hull aiming, still a buggy mess with the only versions able to fully depress the gun being the premium so right now it is pay to play. The 103s have had that bug for over a year now and it has yet to be resolved gaijin doesn’t care and after asking Stona for 3 months and being ignored for those months i gave up.

It’s not a CV90 gimmick though, a lot of other vehicles in game has it as well.

As @Necronomica stated previously and myself it is a feature not to difficult to implement into the game. But sure a minor nation dont get to much love from my experience either but i still believe we need to continue to raise the reports and questions about this system so it doesnt fade away or not being taken into consideration atleast. Sooner or later they most likely will implement it and until that happen i will continue to raise the bug reports and write about it.

As with many other things in life, to continue pestering and bothering about a topic will most likely be pushed through, even if It takes time.

And we as the community should keep posting bug reports and talk about the subjects that we feel would be in the best interest of the game.

My question is whats the likelihood they add it then proceed to ignore it when it breaks. Idk about you but theres a lot of things still broken and unfinished

Why do you have to be so negative about a lot of things? It wont make them fix things any faster or any better and only brings down the mood without adding anything to the diskussion. I get the frustration, but its just so often your your answers are so negative without adding anything more.

This is off topic so if you are only interested in info on the post dont bother reading.

Spoiler

Im negative about everything. Thats literally me, doesn’t stop me from still going through multiple bug reports and saying i want them fixed. Even if i dont play that nation i read it and mark the post so its visable. I see a lot of bugs that could take gaijin a few minutes to fix some bugs which would make certain vehicles even slightly better.

Again my tone is normally negative doesn’t take much to see that probably 60% of my posts are my gripes with gaijin. I love the game and am very passionate about it but if you’ve played for more than a few years you know when something will be changed or not.

I get it, i do. But when i put a lot of effort into trying to find good sources, help others find sources and write well written bug reports, its not really encouraging to get a respons in the tone of “wont get fixed anyway” , “they wont listen” , “not a bug” , etc. It actively discourages and demotivates me (and likely others) from wanting to keep trying. Its very counterproductive to what you say you want to accomplish.

You make a good point and you realize why as well, and so does Phoenix it seems to me.

And as such, at the very least from my point i would like to say that our motivation might be lacking and that is mainly because of the response we have from gaijin.

We do, at least I do appreciate your perseverance and your effort and time spent in bringing them to gaijin, so from me an honest thank you for doing more than most of us.

And dont forget to keep upvote our bug reports! :D

Most of us are just sick of having to argue about a basic feature of functionality… So much so i refuse to buy a vehicle i want because it’s missing said features.

Always do

Unfortunately not buying just makes gaijin replace the vehicle instead of fixing it, thats how they work. Its unfortunate, i just buy what i want and just hope they fix it eventually.

For newcomers, here are the links to our bug reports, even if they have been accepted please help upvote if you feel so.
