Custom skins?

I remember i saw a tank that was painted with the Serbian flag. I told the guy “nice skin” and he asked me if i can actually see it and if i know the flag.
It wasn’t made from multiple decals or something like that, it was clean and very well done. I also saw multiple tanks with absurd paint jobs that in no way could be made with decals.

Can you actually see custom skins, or were you able to in the past? Or are these from the marketplace?

it’s a bit gross, but i guess it would be a good skin on snow maps.

im glad we cant see other players custom skins and only approved ones. WT live is a hellhole
