It would not (at least none that get anywhere), as Video games are counted under a historical representation art by German law since 2018, meaning they are allowed so long as the age rating of said game reflects their use case. At best it would raise the age rating, but if it is strictly limited to the historical tree flag and historical camouflages it might not even need that.
A decal for example could be an issue though due to the ability to convey support for Nazi ideology through it. (And no this is not the same as the number decal swastikas, nobody can blame Gaijin for that)
