Not an issue for me, as the only suggestions I make with BRs are tech tree ones.
Finnaly it has come, I hope this eventually comes to all game modes ie a rank 7 tank with stock heat should not be the same BR as if it had its sabo round.
Also something likes the 2s6 radar and thermal upgrade should not be same BR as without it.

Vehicles are reflective of their installed modifications. So if you haven’t researched something, its the BR wothout the modules.
Which is the vehicles baseline BR. Unlocking the modules allows you to then change its BR

Yep, no more need for anything to be limited. Especially now we are also seeing weapons restricted to certain gamemodes.
Everything can now get everything they should have whilst also moving to a suitable respective BR.

That’s interesting, didn’t thought you would go this way, especially since there are aircraft modifications only different by an access to missiles. Will tanks also have this feature, like for example Italian Sherman Firefly with and without APDS?
PS Can all early MiG-29s now have R-73s?

I’m wondering how much guided air-to-ground weapons will affect Air RB, as since the game mode is mostly PVP, it wouldn’t really give an advantage?

I reckon with maybe a few exceptions the lowest BR will be determined on what they get stock. That way we wouldn’t end up with something like the Rafale at 12.0 with just it’s guns.

Yep.
We can literally get any weapon, on any aircraft.
Especially valuable for A2G where Aircraft get A2G weapons denied ALL THE TIME because of “GRB BR”
