Might happen if there is a client ↔ server mismatch parhaps. Try opening and closing the “online store” (found in the “Shop” option top right) to refresh and update your profile, might fix it or it might not fix it, worth a try if it happens to you again.

it gets annoying when you fly in a dogfight crash and get crew locked for the rest of the match the crash kills still make your crew lock even if it was just the environment that killed you
i didnt even crashed there, bro shot me like 6km above the earth and i still got crew locked
def a glitch probably I usually just switch nation when this happens but still its messed up and needs a fix some day

they can they just haven’t maybe make a bug report showing the replay on the report but it probably still wont get fixed until a minor or in a major update
Sadly the game can’t differentiate between an intentional crash and an accidental one.
I don’t think any one makes intentional crashes unless its a Team killer usually happens to me when I’m multipathing too much or dogfighting or I get one of those foggy low level cloud maps with mountains

Just yesterday this happened to me in GRB. First, upon joining the server got stuck on the aerial view of the location for quite some time before even loading the spawn selection screen (apparently for everyone on the server), then when my tank got destroyed and I returned to the hangar, the whole lineup was red and locked for 6+ minutes, including the destroyed tank and aircrafts which I couldn’t even spawn due to lack of SP…
However, in about 1 minute the lock disappeared and I was able to join another battle, but the lock countdown remained on the statcard…
Just another day in WT… :)
