do you guys think the “great war” event could comeback?
Since that not only weren’t all vehicles unlockable, with the Zeppelin 100% not added luckily and the albatros and SPAD locked to I guess a marketing attempt? (aces of thunder never mentioned since then).

don’t get me wrong, I love these vehicles, but also some stars lost with them. Specially more entente tanks like the gun carrier MK.I (which btw could be the only rbritish ank I TD apart from the alecto I), the FT-17, perhaps the FIAT 2000, many spgs and SPAA and if we include more aircraft the list would be 2 pages long.
One major problem could be the triple alliance’s lack of tanks or sheer amount of “trophy tanks”.
the second problem is just how the battles during the event weren’t for everyone, War thunder’s questionable traction simulation ruined most battles and it can still be noticed with WW1 tanks getting trapped in large bomb craters.
the third problem was that the infantry was there, never explained about how they can hold points and very sketchy hitboxes when shot at.
And lastly the fourth problem would be the lack of BRs in the event. it must a memory seeing the players flooding the triple alliance’s side for the A7V with 18 crew and decent cannon.
Would you guys play (grind) the event again for 1 more chance at WW1 vehicles?
Could it be like the maus? returning on a specific date of the year?
Should more WW1 aircraft be unlockable? Possible Zeppelin event? (how can you possibly even implement that to air battles?)
I would do it. I picked up the Mark V, Garford, H.P.12, and decided that was good. I’d definitely play it again for the A7V and St. Chamond at least. Beutepanzer IV and Garford-Beute are copy paste but still kewl
I would 100% play it again if it meant having more WW1 vehicles to get. Like you said there is a limited amount of tanks that could be added but there are loads of aircraft that could come.
Great Britain, Germany, and France would have loads of domestic designs but the US, Russia, and Italy have plenty of imported options too.

air combat during was unique, the planes has so little energy in them that a turn made them drop 50m of altitude, you needed to be careful with manouvers, both you and your rival in order not to crash. it would be very interesting to keep playing with similar flight.
Also how much money do you think Richthofen’s premium Dr.I would make?
Issue is Gaijin barely put effort into the flight models. IRL they wouldn’t just fall out of the sky in a single turn and they were quite manoeuvrable.

Obviously not loads like a shiny top tier premium would make but it would definitely make them some money.
I played trying to the get Chamond, sadly only got the A7V, at least I got it though lol.
Got em all, don’t see an issue with bringing them back though.
It was mad funny seeing half the crashes in the event didn’t end up in a fireball.
