Could i interest you in another victory mark?

Hello! i am a new player and i have been looking at many different victory marks and wishing there were more for lower tiered aircraft. With the Tusk Force update, i have seen more victory marks and i wonder, could we add just ONE MORE?
My nomination for this said victory mark is this photo.

Above: Capt. M Nichols sits atop his P-38 Lighting.
I wonder if we could add this, since, i really like the way of the mark.
The backround of the mark is simple.
The mark would be used if a combative high altitude aircraft (Such as this P38) went on a mission to protect bombers or bomber squads.

A second victory mark i have found is the Pinned Tophat (Note - I dont know if thats what i should call it.)

(Marks are on the top of the aircraft, the P-38J. 2 personell unknown.)
It is a Fighter Escort Mission mark, which, explains itself.

I would love for constructive critisism, as this is my first ever post on the forum.

For a first post, this is pretty well made.

I don’t see the harm in adding this, what would you say would be the unlock condition?

Also as this isn’t a suggestion, this may be locked, you can submit a suggestion but be warned it can take a while to be posted. You’ll also need to include history, images and sources, of which you met 2 of the criteria. (Though history will need to be longer), just need 2 at minimum (preferably at least 4) sources via books or web links.
