How is changing 122mm to 85mm have 0.0 BR difference as compared to these other 2 with the exact same gun changes?

It’s slower and less armored compared to the standard T-44, the BR-367 should be removed and lowered to 6.0.
It would make a lineup with the KV-220 and BTR-ZD.

It should be 6.0 instead. It is the slowest and least armoured of all the T-44 variants.
I buy it if it is 6.0. 6.3 just doesn’t fit into my 6.0 lineup

I was expecting this to be the case before the datamines showed it at 6.3, would have made a fun and interesting 6.0 vehicle. Such a weird decision from Gaijin to try and make it 6.3 by adding BR-367.
Since it is a slightly lesser version of the tech tree T-44 at 6.7, a BR of 6.0 or 6.3 was to be expected. In comparison to the T-44-122 you trade a hard hitting slow cannon for a faster fiering but less hard hitting one. The vehicle speed difference is only minimal anyway.

That also applies to KV-85 and IS-1 vs KV-122 and IS-2. And they get BR difference but this doesnt.

Then go suggest the T-44-122 be moved up in BR.
But as you can see, its reload is worse.
Either way the T-44FM is perfect for 6.3.
As you can see, the IS-2 and KV-122 reloads are worse than IS-1 and KV-85 as well.
IS-1 gets 85mm instead of 122mm and no other changes. Is at 5.7 instead of 6.3.

T-44 FM gets 85mm instead of 122mm and is also slower and less armoured. Is still at 6.3. Why?
The T-44FM is faster and the IS-2 has a faster reload over the T-44 122.
Because it’s a different vehicle? T-44-122 holds the slowest reload rate between soviet 122 mm, while also having the worse armor values for a medium tank at the soviet tech tree.
T-44 FM gets the same bad chassis, add the terrible 85 mm cannon on the regular T-44-85 and still faces Tiger IIs, and T34 Heavy Tanks. The way you refer to the T-44 FM seems like it’s better than the IS-2 and T-44-122 together.

Well , it has a lower br and its relatively quick compared to others, who knows might be pretty good. I wish gajiin would come up with vehicles like the IS-7, we need game changers.
