Copy paste vehicles

From the first day i started playing war thunder i wanted to see greek vehicles. i am proud that i am greek and i love seeing greek things in games, especially military games. even tho i’d love to see the greek subtree (although its in israel) and grind for the rafale, phantom, and the leopards ik that it wont be good for the game, it will just be another copy paste sub tree, it would be ridicilous for israel to have leopards. if this keeps happening for another two years every country will have the same vehicles with a few exceptions. Instead of taking entire sub-trees and adding them to countries, why not make smaller events featuring vehicles that were actually designed and produced by those countries, rather than imported or purchased from another nation?

Greek has rather few copy-paste options.

& their first addition since their sub-tree announcement is a unique Spitfire.

Hungary has 22 unique vehicles out of 44 total vehicles.
So currently half of that sub-tree is unique, & it’s the only sub-tree in War Thunder that was majority copy-paste originally.

A tad few problems.

  1. Making them events would make it hard for a majority of players to obtain due to demanding either being active in a specific timeframe, millions upon millions of sl for a shot a event vehicle (could be different from the one you want) or market cost (or in the the case of console players completely inexcessable).

  2. Some trees rely on subtrees to plug gaps within lineups that sometimes even the domestic options cannot.

  3. If someone was specifically playing for a certain nations vehicles, they wouldn’t be able to use them together in a lineup due to being split off (something Spain, Canada and Poland all currently suffer from with Singapore likely joining them).

  4. What would happen to domestic vehicles? Where would the Swiss Mowags go? (Wish there was a independent Swiss-Austira tree but alas).

  5. May still not solve issues since the USA can still get Object 478BEM1, Israel can get Mi-24V “Mission24", Germany can get the Challenger 130 mm Gun Demonstrator and the UK can receive the M41 Bulldog (Perkins CV-8) all without subtrees if you are dead set on preventing any variant of a nations vehicle going to another.

Greece has unique leopards and other unique stuff it will not be a simple c&p if gaijin do their job correctly

no, most of them will stop to 2-3 different MBT , Britain wont take anything else than the Aussie Abrams, what other TT you thing will get something from everything?
