I was literally counting with my friend while playing 5.7 (in theory) how many 5.7 tanks we actually faced and it came to a conlusion that for 14 games we were facing mostly tanks not around but only 6.7, and its been an issue for me for quite a while that i literally didn’t have a single game that wasn’t a full uptier. So im wondering has this been an issue only for me or is that a thing in general

If I were to hazard a guess. 6.3/6.7 is a premium blackhole.
There are a LOT of premiums at and around 6.3/6.7, especially for the big 3 nations. Also notable vehicles such as the Tiger II in the tech tree, with 6.7 being a sweetspot for some nations in terms of strengths.
This creates a blackhole that sucks everything +/- 1.0 into it, you have a large amount of players at these BRs and so the MM just needs to pull players from below often to fill matches and so will result in a lot of uptiers for anyone playing 5.7/6.0. If you switch to playing 5.0/5.3, you would probably find a notable reduction in uptiers, as the players above are being sucked up quite often and so you will naturally find that as result, you will get downtiers
I exploit the same thing at higher BRs, 9.3 and 10.3 I tend to find far less uptiers than 9.7 and 10.7 and so, naturally, I play a lot more 9.3 and 10.3.

Yup, 6.7 is a blackhole. US has a huge line up there alongside germany and their wehraboo lineup.

6.7 is one of the hottest BR, most of them will get full uptier with 7.7, unless Gaijin adds another BR extension between 6.7 - 8.0, then 5.7 will keep suffering from full uptier

Yep 5.7 and 6.7 have a very high uptier rate
9.3 is also imo the last “fun” BR if you can call it that

Some brackets are simply more popular than others.
This is quite an old set of data, and it’s unofficial, but it gives a good idea on uptiers across the game. You can see here 6.7 gets uptiered to 7.7 42% of the time and uptiered to 7.3 34% of the time. Together that’s 76% of games being uptiered by at least 0.7 brackets.
The uptier bracket is crazy. I play 6.0 USA with my premium spitfire and end up fighting tiger II in my Sherman tank which is a whole be lower. This happens every match. Make it stop
When you get uptierd just quit without using any vehicle and switch to another country, this could save you from 10 mins suffering
