how would it perform compared to the flakrakrad? theoreticaly the AKM is newer isnt it?
6 9K33M3 missiles with an operational range of 15km and a top speed of 1020 m/s. Not sure how many Gs it can pull, but max target engagement speed is 500m/s.
I really hope they add a light tank with an auto cannon for Germany in the near future. This list contains many. Now with the amx10p with spotting and dm63 at 5.3 it shouldn’t be that hard to give germany an auto cannon vehicle aswell.

odd choice but u want the 1a4 the most atm as basic as it is lol.
The immediate problem is that a AMX-10P equivalent might be seen as redundant to the Weasel, just at a lower BR.
But if it would be implemented one of the SPz’s or RU’s would make sense.

Yeah something like these even without dm63.
I thought that gaijin locked spotting from such vehicles at gives spotting only at 7.0+ because both the r3 and sub 1-2 have no spotting but the new french ifv gives me hope that there could be an solution for the light tank gap
What makes the wiesel the wiesel is its size. And its thermals. And both the terrier and the kruz are small enough to fit into that same sorta rat role. And armed with only older hispanos theyed have the apcr max.
Id like to see the luchs get apds so it can be viable at higher brs.
The amx 10p is more like a marder a1- with no missiles.
Ive been waiting for the leo 1a4 since before the leo 2k got added. Heck when i first saw the leo 2k i got so excited thinking it was the leo 1a4.
And then i saw the of40 and i got excited again.

What’s special about the 1a4?
All i see is mid/late cold war vehciles that are not gonna be able to compete with other vehicles of their time, so they will be placed among early/ww2 vehicles. “Skull emoji”
its looks, ive just always had a soft spot for the sharp angles.
Im not sure if its got the spaced armor that the 2k turret has, but either way im sure itll still absorb shots like the 2k and tam do.

Thats only 9 out of 33 vehicles shown. And all of the 20mm only tanks would still be better than the pbv301.

Stuffing words in my mouth is unwarranted.
If you want to advocate for a standalone swiss tree then you can. But as of right now the swiss hunter is in the german tree and theres a ton of swiss/french and swiss/german projects that could help both nations. Especially france.
They could really use the mowag sharks with french turrets.
The main thing that could help France is for Gaijin to simply expand it further, as it is by far one of the most potent nations in the game alongside the USA, USSR, Germany and UK.
I really don’t mind having other nations be represented through another tree, such as how the TAM series is present in Germany or how sub-trees are currently a thing (though I honestly have a gripe with 2/3, but that’s besides the point).
For me it would be very unfortunate for Swiss vehicles especially to be relegated to these major nations that are most definitely bastions in their own right, as Switzerland has the capability of working independently.
Things such as the VCTP work quite well though, as Argentina wouldn’t be a great independent nation for War Thunder nor is there much to indicate that a LATAM tree is a serious prospect for the game.
France especially could benefit from certain African vehicles being incorporated in their tree if we are looking at foreign stuff, things such as the Algerian AML-90 based tank destroyer or Djiboutian BTR-60 or Cougar MRAP with AML-90 turret would be wonderful to see there (though the argument can obviously be made for such vehicles to get added elsewhere too).
Perhaps I am a bit jumpy when I see even a slight mention at Swiss vehicles, I will concede to that, but with so many alternatives that wouldn’t intrude on a possible good independent nation I find it difficult not to say something about the matter.

Heres the thing though.
No one plays minor nations. Few people play italy, china, sweden, isreal, japan, and even better germany, i mean sweden.
Theres no real incentive to add any more standalone trees, because itd just be a money sink. Which would inevitably require a sub tree added to it, like italy britain and sweden, and china.
Italy is very much like switzerland, tons of unique light tanks.
But look at italy, despite them being unique and having a lot of good vehicles no one plays them, i dont expect a stand alone swiss tree to be treated any differently.
