Consistent spawn protection mechanics in GRB?

So, after I got once again killed 2 seconds after spawning in because I dared to press W I guess, only to then have another guy in another game drive an entire rally stage, get married, have children and get grandchildren from said children, I’d like to ask the following:

Is there ANY consistency in GRBs spawn protection mechanics?

The timer for spawn protection seems entirely random. Some players can sit for 30 seconds, other can drive, others loose protection when thinking about tapping W, what are the rules?
Has anyone been able to figure out the mechanics of spawn protection?

It’s pretty simple. 20 seconds, 20 metres radius.

I think it’s 10 meters and 10 seconds unlike how 山 田 凉 said

20m looks a lot shorter from the perspective of a tank. For example T-72 and M1 Abrams are about 10m long (counting the gun).

Don’t move forward or backward unless you have cover from possible shooters.
You can turn your turret or rotate on the spot without losing the 20 seconds of SP.
You get one free shot so make it count.

If you are really worried about being spawnkilled, wait watch the map. Close enemies will not be hidden.
You can also wait until someone else on your team is spawning and spawn in at same time.

And a WW2 tank still won’t move 20 meters in 2 seconds.

Thanks to Gaijins dogshit maps designs, you can get spawnkilled after 30 seconds of match time.
