do you have any idea how much content i am missing? i dont even have the normal xbox premiums available being im logged in on pc, meaning if i want a premium i have to go on my xbox do a massive update, buy the premium then shut it down and get back on pc. not to mention the over 200 vehichles in the workshop i dont have access too, i personally have givin your company enough money to pay a enployee full wages for 4 to 6 months d.o.p. it isnt right to turn your heads to paying customers telling us theres nothing you can do. there is, your job
I love IFV. But when they add trash like the Badger. No thanks. That is to say, a lot of what makes the USSR/Russian and Chinese IFV great are the tandem-head warheads that accompanying them. Then they add things like the Desert Warrior, which looked better in theory than practice. Ah well, Germany currently has probably the most OP autocannon spammer in the game in the Flakpanzer 341, right now. Shame it’s not available to everyone, of course.

But obviously not all autocannons are the same. I can’t stand the doof doof cannon on the Warrior. If a autocannon relies on HVAP… no good, etc. Some vehicles have autocannons on chasis that really should have other arms, like the Badger (and by other arms I mean ATGM).

South Africa would be a problem. And while it’s not past the point where its doable, it is likely past the point where Gaijin would be willing to put in the effort to do it

If only there where 3 existing Commonwealth realms with existing vehicles in game that could be effortlessly dragged and dropped into the holes and would love to have all of their stuff in one tech tree so they could make line ups… If only…
Look I get it’s likely a pipe dream, but it’s incredibly annoying how Gaijin is handling sub-trees, not even so much as some of the questionable additions, like South Africa, who refused to rejoin the Commonwealth at all for over 30 years after gaining independence due to reasons that cant be named on the forums, but the break up of Nations unique equipment into multiple trees, Canada is in USA, UK and Germany and Australia in USA/UK so far, but we also have equipment that could go to Germany (Leo 1, Boxer IFV), France (Mirage 3 but modified with Avon engine) and Korea (K2) and Euro Copter Tiger ARH that could go anywhere.
The more I think about the sub-trees the more I realise how badly Gaijin has messed them up. Take me back to the days when they just added entire nations and what not (okay, well, ones with substance)

but make them optional to research, just be sub’ file in tech-tree, let people who want them to research them, but not force people to research them in every 0.3 BR to get something else after.
Just let people choose whether they want to get it or not. I believe they can give people who like to play m48 with more and make those more m48 not necessary to grind by everyone disgustingly at the same time.
Letting people have more choices with m48 and being diversity just should not be conflict
The problem is not really too much m48/m60 but “choose” problem

I suspect the Devs have a bet going on who can upset the most people in one go with these sub-trees. I cannot think of any other reasons for some of the decisions they are making with them.
I mean do they think the whole top left quarter of the Australian flag is there as a joke or something?

I really disagree with this decision like how I disagree with the VT-4 going to Japan. It was good that the VT-4 decision was canceled, but why do something like this again with the Abrams? Just like how China and Japan are geopolitical rivals, the US and China are too.
At this point Russia might as well get an Abrams too because Iraq/Egypt operate it.
And the US could get every MiG from 15 to 29, almost every T-series tank up to the T-90, and attack helicopters like the Mi-24 since the US has captured, traded for, or has allies that operate them all.

Grind is secondary, and buying is entirely optional.
Producing unique vehicles takes at least as much time and money in research as researching a vehicle that will result in copy-pasted 3D model, and it’s the same work in camo commissioning for unique and copy-paste vehicles.
The ONLY thing that’s cheaper is the 3D modeler’s time, that’s it. Everything else is the same to more cost.
Copy-paste is less than 5% of vehicles in War Thunder.
