Doubt it pretty much as AT LEAST 80% of the top tier (ranks 6+) aviation is either US or USSR copy-paste machinery.
And all the “add 3 PzH 5 M44 5 M55 5 Mosquitoes 4 Leopards” ect ect ect.
And even 3d modeller`s time might get used as for example those new Leopard 2s have their own detailing, still being a clone of leopard 2a4, like the Christian 2 or the new french premium leopard.
Still does not make much sense to defend them as they dont bring anything new to the game.
The cheaper part is exactly the research work of the dev - you dont need to do new research when you add JUST leo 2a4 with different skin, JUST f15 with different skin AND the armanment that is already ingame on a different plane, ect ect ect. Plus you save that time which should be spent on research for the new unique tanks that could be added instead of the 3rd, 4th, 5th M55.
So i dont get your point with that message. Copy-paste machines make trees less unique, making the player`s choice less valuable and excluding the vehichels that player MIGHT want to choose from the game. And also letting the game developer to do this cruel things to cut costs.

I don’t think there’s a single copy-paste 12.0 in War Thunder.
A Dutch friend made it very evident that all 2A6s are unique.
And no, I don’t save time with less vehicles. I need 6 vehicles to go to the next rank regardless.
I spend the same amount of time whether there are more vehicles or not.
What tech tree can I use M44, Chi Nu II, Chi To, and M24?
What tech tree can I use a Leopard 2A4 with an Ariete prototype? Certainly not Germany.

Can we get more news on more European nations? We have pretty much been told all that they are planning for Asia at the moment, but not much for Europe (Greece and Cyprus have been covered already I know) but it would be nice to know what Gaijin is thinking/planning to do with nations such as Turkey, Yugoslavia, Czeckoslovakia, Poland etc.
