Currently the main reason for Clusters is NE. Since WW2 vehicles cant be used there for now, clusters have no purpose at that era currently.
Perhaps someday but at least not for now.
@Smin1080p_WT, we have now heard a lot about what vehicles are anounced and why, but not so much about that other major reveal: Cluster Bombs.
Is there anything that can be said about that note that this weapons class is not planned to be included in Mixed Ground Battles (which I perfectly understand and agree with), but Nuclear Escalation.
What the note however not mentioned is, whether cluster bombs will however be available in other aircraft only game modes like Air RB and (well, you guessed it…) Air Sim EC? = )
Lets wait until we see how the Fix turns out, until its realy in game fixed I will have my trust Issues

First of all, let the snail take care of the current F-104s in the game—it’s been three years since they acknowledged reports of missing features in the specs, and they still haven’t done anything about it… There’s still no IRST/EEGS, even though in real life the “pencils” had those capabilities, and the iconic wing-tip fuel tanks are missing too… Ugh, these planes have been completely forgotten by Snail.

Could same be done with mmw guidance weaponry and other weapons that couldnt be considered balanced (or whatever other reason) for ground rb currently?
Im sure bots wouldnt be upset after getting killed with mmw missiles while players will get new strike options in their arsenals.

thats a contribution to your team if no one picks spaa, then you should pick an spaa, thats the whole point if no one contribute to the win then you should if not then youre the same as the entire team and just lose the game get half the rp and stuff one little thing can win the game

I wonder if the same people that never would dream of spawning in a SPAA also complain about CAS and at the same time harass SPAA players by pushing them around and annoying them with friendly fire… = /
