You do realize usn didn’t really need a f14D testbed for things they know that will work and the apg71 was tested on during the same timeframe as the aim120A and could have easily aswell tested it at once

The F-14D sadly never used AMRAAM. It was tested on an experimental F-14A and then dropped.
As such, the F-14D in game wont receive AMRAAM, as we have the standard F-14D model.

I have been certain since they announced the Greek sub tree that it’s so they never have to fix the Merkava. Im not saying I’m not excited for Greek and Cypriot hardware, it’s just I’ve and an inkling that it’s in part to avoid bug fixing.

you know one funny thing about Mirage 2000 custom paints is nearly everyone skips the “belly” part because they separate it from wing UV map and that one particular UV spot being so distorted to align (that Greek Mirage someone did made in wtlive and missing middle piece)
The difference is the F-14 IRIAF is the version we have in game.
The version of F-14D we have is not the version that had AMRAAM. That was the F-14A experimental.
