The python 4 doesn’t have an IIR seeker
It has a multiple detector array seeker
The magic 2 also has that type of seeker
For short it has a multi-element irccm
Its supposed can discriminate 3 spectral bands
Which is way better than the r73 seeker which is a dual band gatewith irccm
Imagine you have the seeker of a stinger but better
It’s one of the last 4 gen fox 2 that could be added to the game
It’s for sure going to be gimped and it will probably have either fov gathwith or seeker shut off or both
Currently it has both in the files

So the problem is here. You said that he has two anti-interference means, which are unbalanced, and others (except Japan and China) do not have the fourth-generation missiles, but the fifth generation in one step. So the question comes whether Israel should use Python4 to meet AIm-132/AIM-9X/IRIS-T/PL-10/AAM-5 or skip Python4 and directly use Python5
Idk about python 5 but gaijin should give us the python 4 with nerfed irccm now so we could use it before it will get overshadowed by the 9x cuz if both missiles will come together p4 will be dead on arrival

Python 5 uses IIR so no it will not come too the game
Python 4 can be gimped just like all the 4 gen we have currently
Also every nation in the game has 4 gen missiles
aim 9m, aim 9LI, r73, pl 5 eII, aam 3 and magic 2 are all 4 gen missiles

Another week on, another set of no changes. I have no idea what the devs are doing but is this tiny detail going to take any longer to fix?
The cockpit visual bug is driving me insane. I can understand a small visual bug during the event because its christmas and everyone is busy, but this is approaching 2 month on and STILL the cockpit is wrong. I really dont understand what they could be working on because the bug reports take ABSURD amounts of time to fix.
And i KNOW this isnt the only vehicle with visual errors. but this is their “Flagship” event vehicle from the last event. Gaijin truly never fails to keep us disappointed

isnt the exterior model wrong and not the cockpit? or are you talking about something else
Also it still doesn’t havd a maw system and yes the outer cockpit model is wrong

Internal cockpit is how its meant to be. Devs copy pasted the external model of the C.7 Kfir and altered the nose but missed the cockpit.

Yeah its all because the python 4 has good energy and irccm i would say turning but they would mess it up some how because the derby should pull way tighter than it does in game

It can be added with nerfed irccm like the aam3 with no issue
Energy wise it has no more then r27er and maybe even r27r and it doesnt pull hard of the rail like r73 or mica
I know it wont pull off the rail like a mica or aa 11 because it doesn’t use thrust vectoring it uses thrust limiting also i think the derby uses thrust limiting also but idk also they would probably just give it an 9ms seeker head if they added it right now

Israel needs its 4th gen ir in this meta
Things like the baraks f15 and the kfir c10 must have that to being competitive in top tier against ef2k rafale and now su30sm and j11b
Only f15i can fight against thos and also that only in bvr
