I mean, the US military for any point in time, is generally the most advanced overall. But to say they’re the most advanced in everything is wrong.
A key point though, this is a video game, vehicle additions are done by balance, not by year. If you want proof of american technological superiority, just look at the fact every nation is getting several decade newer additions then the US. Because (Armament limitations excluding), thats what they have that puts up a fair fight.

So you’re telling me gaijin purpously nerfs vehicles that have a major impact in the game/battle limiting its potential so that other nations could have a chance?
You’re right, but not fixing SOME U.S. vehicles and munitions even after other nations receive something newer that beats the U.S. stuff in every metric is a bit… how can i put it, annoying if you will.
And there’s this thing that the U.S. is the best in everything air force related, which is debateable.
War Thunder does not reflect reality. It does not have historical based matchmaking, and it never will for the sake of everyone.
Let’s take the Eurofighter for example.
Irl, it is expensive (more than the F-15EX, F-35 etc)
It’s radar is more expensive to maintain cause it has the gimbal unlike American AESA radars.
Stuff like this is not reflected in war thunder.
The U.S. is powerful because of sheer volume too.
Germany has 200 something eurofighters (i might be wrong), while the U.S. has F/A-18s, F-15s of all types, F-16s, etc

It’s just a game. The U.S. military is indeed the strongest military that has ever existed in human history, but its equipment is not necessarily the strongest at the time it was introduced. The U.S. is strong because of its tactics and its extremely powerful network, and even if it has the most advanced equipment for a given time period, it still won’t be added to the game until there is a counterpart to balance it.

True, but it’s not superior in EVERY WAY. It is in most. And you include the cost of operating everything. The U.S. can start operations and finish them on it’s own (as we can observe now), which means that it has a lot of power, but it doesn’t mean that it has the best of everything.
Sometimes, having a lot of average stuff is better than having a very little inventory of good stuff
In terms of what gets added to the game? More or less? Again, while War Thunder is highly realistic, it is a game. All nations should more or less be on an even fighting field.
If you believe something is wrong with something in game, please do as necronomica advises and create a bug report about it.

they never do, thats the issue
it’s useless, even if the community came together or even if documents were posted proved that xyz, it would take months until it could even be CONSIDERED. There are multiple vehicles in game that could carry the Aim-9x , but gaijin hasn’t even touched upon that yet, unless they are saving it with a update to release with 5th gens
I miss the pre nerf AAMRAMS back when the Seek and Destroy update came out

Smin has stated that 5th gen IR missiles are waiting to come to the game untill we get more advanced aircraft and systems.
Although, I do hate to break it to you, the aim-9x is one of the pieces of american technology that is by far not the best in class.
