how am I supposed to use this tank now as its 5.0 it both now fights the i8s2 and also no longer has a line-up
It’s a (not) glorified M4A3E2 Jumbo, same gun, same ammunition selection, similar armor and weakspots apart for the mobility with the battle rating 0.7 gap with the M4A3E2 Jumbo higher. Though a IS-2 is a problem, a loaded IS-2 is even worse, however I don’t think you’re going to exclusively face IS-2 every single time, you have worse things to worry about like the M18 Gun Motor Carrier and other nimble and fast-shooting vehicles that could easily flank you and destroy your vehicle rather than a IS-2 in my opinion.
my bigger issue is it being Britain’s only 5.0 tank
not like thats a problem unique to either the churchill 7 or britan
but the concept 3, avenger and firefly all perform admirably at 5.0, the 17pdr and the concept 3 derivative are all good guns
No Stab, mobility like uncle Ben, armor exe not found (the roof is unexpected thin), ammo pen like potato
dont need one if youve got the other
The more time I spend on the forums, the more I’m convinced Warthunder’s worst players are minor nation mains, not big 3 mains.
How on earth can you possible complain about the Churchill VII being too high?
Same BR as a panther BTW.
And I think people should revaluate what’s the definition of The Big Three, Big Trio and etc to refer to United States, USSR and Germany; according to the Wiki—Germany is placed in fifth place by total vehicle count of 280 vehicles in the Operator section in the Collection tab while Great Britain comes in third place on the same section with 343 vehicles behind only of USSR in second place with 424 vehicles and United States in first with 447 vehicles.
While the IS-2 is probably a headache for the Churchill VII, the 3.7s the Churchill 7 oppressed for ages has just as large a headache. We need more decompression or else there probably isn’t ever going to be a suitable BR for Churchill 7. It’s armor is always going to be either too bad or too good depending on where u put it, and the armor is the defining trait of the Churchill.
