I saw the clip where he shoot through the container abusing bugs in map and the wallhack is only gamemaster decide cheat or not.
Name and shame is not allowed. Just report them using the Server Replay Report function. A guide on how to create a correct report for each issue can be found here: (How to properly report players and contact Game Masters!). Please note that some issues cannot be reported using the in-game complaint system as the reports won’t contain the necessary logs to investigate.
