The Chinese F-104G is overtiered. Sure it might have CAS Capability like the F-104G of the Germans but it has NO FLARES. yet, it can see stuff with all aspect and radar missiles and it has no defense. But when we look at the F-104J in japan at rank VI BR 10.3 Theyre practically the same thing. What justifies this to be at 10.7 and no, CAS is not a valid reason. This is coming from somebody who DOESNT EVEN PLAY THE CHINESE STARFIGHTER. I played the German one before the nerf and BR changes. After those happened it’s not doing too hot. The flight model nerf really killed the starfighters.

Starfighters in general are tiered badly. Their only goal is bombing bases.

Wait really that’s hilarious. 100% one of if not the worst fighters in the game. Honestly could be 10.0 and would be fun; j35d is already there. It seems all but the 9.3 f104 are over tiered, unlike mig21 variants f104 all have the same engine as the 9.3 one besides the Italian ones which should still be lower in rating anyway because the German one should be lower rating

You got a great point. Tho AIM-9Js meeting stuff like the F Sabre is kinda OP. But idk. I just want China tech tree players to have an easier time.
It look pretty useless to me why not 10.0? No chaff and flares… it shall just be putted the same BR as the Su-17m2 they have similar issues…

It already happens with aircraft like the F-1 with the same armament but some actual maneuverability instead of being a rocket. Wouldn’t be all too op.
