Having played both, i’d go sweden.
China used to be amazing. Then 1/2 of its key vehicles got upteired (PTL, ATF, IS2, M18, OBJ 122) , a bunch got nerfed (PTL, WMA305, ATF) and its BR clusters got mangled.
So now you have a tree that has few standout vehicles with a bunch of awkward BR clusters.
Sweden has a lack of vehicles, but some VERY strong BR clusters where it has them.
4.0 sweden is absurd. The SAV m/43 1946 is insane with the best optics of the BR, the best gun of the BR, great gun depression and good frontal armor. PVKV is a good alternative with the same gun trades all the armor and optics for a slow turret. PZ4 and T-34 are good backup vehicles.
5.7 has a bunch of average to above average vehicles
Bkan is hilarious and secretly one of the best non-radar AAs (i have a video of a 4.5km kill on a PE-8).
8.0 has ~8 vehicles to choose from and i bring the bkan in there too. Prox rounding an IFV by shooting over a ridge never gets old, though it takes quite a bit of skill.

Right now Sweden, but in the long run, China will be amazing, with all their upgraded flankers like J-11B J-15/16 and even the J-10s. Not to mention the missiles like PL-9/10 and PL-12(on a competent platform) PL-15 etc.
Sweden has no MBT’s left and only 1 Gripen (although a really good one)
