WA-numbers are common for artillery guns, for example PG87 is WA709, WA9049 for the gun of PCL181, or WA717A for the PGZ04A

If the document is the spare parts list for MBT-2000, I have seen those too. They mention WA321C and WA321D, I suspect the former is Type 88C-125. However this is still speculation, so take it with a grain of salt.

That’s reasonable. 140mm gun started its development between 1990~1995, as soon as the development of ZPT-98 finished. The specification I gave above is from an essay published on 1998, means 140mm gun had been made before that.

The real length (include Fin) is 870mm long.

They stopped adding the Prefix “Al” with the Pakistani Tanks. It’s Haider not Al-Haider.

Thx, do u have the source?

This and also the Wikipedia article on it is also under the title Haider MBT

Now it sounds like some 40 year old dude’s name

It’s named after the Prophet’s companion Hazrat Ali (R.A) one of the greatest Warriors of his time. Never thought a Bengali can get this immature.

Never expected this answer from you.I thought you would take it as a joke.
Also Haider is a common name for people born in the 70s and 80s.If you want to name something after a special person then you should write his name in the correct way.Al Haider would have been more respectful and appropriate. Also why do you have to point out my ethnicity?

You do realize Religious figures are sensitive topics right? Was pointing out your ethnicity cus you guys are normally aware about it.

How am I supposed to know whether if it’s named after a religious figure? Most people dont know Hazrat Ali as Haider. If they used Al Haider as the name then it would have made sense that it was named after some religious figure.

If you want to continue this topic you can DM me.

Is it a official brochure or something like that for MBT-2000?

So uhhh… with the update dropping and the datamines dropped, anybody got information on whether the gutting of the MBT 2000 is realistic or more anti-China bias? Like the NERA KE multiplier dropped from 1.125 to a whole 0.625. The UFP of this tank can barely even stop it’s own 125-I in literally 1 spot now. I was super hyped for this tank, but wow, it doesn’t even seem better than the 96A’s since you become even more fragile…

I heard the composite armor of this tank is some what comparable to western MBTs.So I think it should have good survivability.

IMO, the MBT-2000 in the game is definitely at least unfinished.
This very bug happens on the whole upper part of its UFP.
And I submitted an issue for that already.
