Just found it strange that both the Chieftain Mark 3 and Mark 5 got World War Two camouflages as unlockables, instead of the more modern ones like the Mk.10 does.
It feels odd to have your Cold War MBT painted with a North African WW2 pattern. Hope this works as a reminder to fix this :- )
You have heard of British Army of the Rhine, but have you heard of the super secret top tier (possibly even invented in my head) British Army of the Sahara?
This is more so just a BR thing. Quite a few vehicles get camos they never used or are missing camos they should have because of their BR
Which is a shame cause it kills larping and immersion. I believe we all prefer camouflages being individual to each vehicle/historic period instead of BR.
I had to bug report the Quadricolor camo missing on the CV9015TML it had it irl but in game lacked it
Though bug reporting camos is rough like Finland literally gets 1 actual Finnish camo for WW2. They use a Swedish camo for winter which is blatantly wrong not to mention they actively get the camos wrong which has lead me to believe they do it on purpose
I guess they’re just trying to streamline stuff atp and don’t really care about immersion or accuracy regarding customization anymore.
Tbf that’s never been a focus with Finland lol, I have a lot of examples of them not even trying lol. Especially given if you post images of their vehicles without the Hikaristi (Swastika) they deny it because it’s an altered photo but if you post it unedited they ban you without explanation for a month and you have to ask a community manager to un ban you
I’ve wanted them to do more of the unique single vehicle camos for vehicles like they did with Poland and such where you can get a unique camo for a vehicle, I love this and I do like that gaijin tries to put them on quite a few nations. Personally I’d love to see some UN camos for vehicles lol
Ya I really love the Berlin Brigade camo for the Chieftain Mk.10. Wish they did stuff like that more often!
