I was wondering how they would do that, like maybe you could open a map like artillery. I hope it doesn’t let you select the enemy spawn as the target.

That’s what the anti radiation missiles are for. Then you can only spawnkill aa’s.
Probably something like that will be added. If they add something like a drone for sending gps coordinates then we can use these bomb in grb as well. Scout drones should get the ability to send gps coordinates
GPS bombs are probably going to work exactly like the GBU-24 currently does. You mark a point with the TGP and the bomb drops and flies there on INS. The only difference being you cant update the point in flight like the GBU-24 until later dual guidance L/GPS systems. I dont forsee some map-mouse system being implemented at all

True, but I doubt Gaijin will add anti-rad, not with their attitude (thinking they are over hyped)… But if they do, I wonder if they will push also for AAM anti-rad/passive radar like R-27P

That’s a thing already? Didn’t know that.
I mean the current stupid airbase AA is literally non existent anyhow, so I don’t quite know how they will have SAM stations. It will be such a pain though if you are trying to lower your height to dodge ARAAM but a stupid SAM kills you.
We’re talking about the radar stations around the map. I dont think anyone actually wants them to shoot back.
I know, but will be a bit pointless if they don’t. We can however give like zsu23s and gepards as SPAA just so it’s a bit more fun (I know they already are there)
Imagine a map with so much short range AA that people have to fly at altitude the entire match … :)

If you really want to force people to fly high you can do the truely evil thing that some DCS servers like doing and put an Igla man on every other rooftop to troll people.

Would benefit whoever has the longest range missiles even more, making f15’s even more op.
Hopefully they fix the seeker on the pl12 cause it doesn’t seem to work all that well for bvr. Loses lock a lot.

No it wouldn’t. It would benefit whoever has the most missiles - as well as those who have the highest gimbal of their radar.

No, the MiG-29SMT and the Su-27’s carrying R-27ER & R-77 still beat it here.
Am I missing something here? The f15c carries 8 amraams and the j11a/su27sm only carry 6 r77’s. That’s less long range missiles.
