I can answer why theres no old school chaff. its useless in war thunder, we dont have night raids, we dont have radar to worry about, not at this br, it would just be a gimmick to mess with like the one dude with a german radar armed night fighter and he’d still see you on the broad daylight that we fight in

They should add the WWII AA battery like the modern one to the game. One radar, Spot light, 2 Heavy AA and 2 Light AA. It would be leagundary in base defence.

What SAM site? I mean the top tier SPAA. The WWII AA FOB system was already tried in the SturmTiger Event. They just need to let us deploy those AA gun on the field like the top tier US SPAA

Yep, they added sam sites in NE mode, there were no sites before in the game, innit.
They could do the same with FLAK gun sites. A radar, a listening post, a spotlight and 4 FLAK guns around. Targeting planes and pointing a spotlight at the target, so a player will know when he is targeted, because old planes had no rwr or something.
And they could add these old school chaffs to britain, germany and japan, iirc.
They can add the custom battle Squadron AI system for bomber and see which side able to finish bombing the city first, then add a nuke as the match ending mechanism.
