some combat vehicles that represented pre-top combat ratings many years ago, after adding many vehicles, ceased to be combat-ready. As an example, I can take the Chinese plane “Shenyang F-5” which is an MIG-17 and which almost always ends up at 10.0 where it cannot do anything.
it is known that almost all aircraft with a combat rating of 9.3 fall into 10.0/3, but some of them can still represent competition, which cannot be said about more than half of them.
perhaps if they were moved down 0.3 or made a balance on hits on different battle ratings, which, by the way, was also discussed with ground vehicles, in percentage terms where half of the battles were still on their battle rating, then they played with the best K/D .
because all we have now are battles at a disadvantage, on premium 9.3 equipment with a premium account, on silver, where the chance of doing something is extremely small. not to mention those who decided to upgrade the aviation branch in this way…
