Always nice to see what is in those gambling crates. Looks like this time there is an actual chance of 0% to get one of the 27 items mentioned (see screenshot).
I can only assume this is a mistake?

The 0% is for the vehicles you already have…
Look at the middle and you can see the chance is 1.72%.

Yes, it’s your mistake. You cannot get vehicle twice = chance is 0%
Above that you have 58 items listed with a chance 1.72%.
