Congratulations, you got the Challenger DS moved up to 10.3 and it got L26. Enjoy the 11.3 match maker! Ruined a great 10.0 British line up, to add one more vehicle to your 10.3 line up that you are only going to spawn in once and leave the match as soon as you die anyways

It almost always got upped in matches anyway, and struggled without L26 when it did.
The vast majority of CR.DS owners wanted L26 and were happy with the .3 increase inline with the CR.Mk3, so it was never a poor decision by the Devs, we, the community of CR.DS owners, have been asking for this since it was added to the game.
We always knew it’d go to 10.3 if/when L26 was added.
I also don’t understand how that ruined a 10.0 line?
10.3 is the best British line.
CR.Mk3, CR DS, T90S, Vickers Mk.7, Stormer HVM.
CR.Mk2 complements the line too during late matches when everyone’s already fielded their best equipment.
The British 10.3 line absolutely slaps.

ah yes, we needed to take the 1 out of 2 mbts from 10.0 to pad the 10.3 mbt line up with already 3 mbts. Great argument.
You’re literally missing the point.
It was never to pad out the line.
It’s always been in the 10.3 line for most players as a backup after the CR.Mk3, as that’s where the line is, 10.0 has next to nothing to field and enjoy.
.3 br changes nothing overall.
L26 changes everything.

That was two 10.0 MBTs and some fillers.
The changes were good was playing 10.3 anyway

Im glad the Chally DS finally got its correct round. That BR Is totally built around 10.3.
and if you were using the DS to grind the TT, then the extra firepower you get from L26 means you can more easily deal with things like TURMS and you always got uptiered. .3 difference makes bugger all difference

The thing with 10.3 anyway, is it’s the premium teir.
So you’re almost always going to be fighting vehicles in that range.
Seeing 11.3s happens, but I’ve found it’s quite rare, given the high number of players playing the 10.0/10.3 prem vehicles.
I keep getting Type 90 Fujis recently. So im basically always uptiered to 11.0. So whether i was running 10.0 or 10.3. Id likely see the same uptier. But at least L26 can just about deal with that BR.

I think that’s due to the Fuji being quite popular so MM is dragging it all around it’s bracket.
The tank itself can be taken out easily. It’s the 4 seconds reload that makes it’s an absolute beast.

My Line-Up was basically 10.3 due to G-LYNX and T-90S, with addition of L26 Chally DS became worthy for 10.3
Also like other people said 10.3 British Line-up is the best one, just because minority like you didnt like it doesnt mean its a bad change.

Why I wanted L26 on the Ch1 DS was because I only play 10.3 anyways.
The reason is because, as others already stated, you get the Stormer, a second Ch1 Mk.3, the Jaguar Gr.1A with GBUs, the G-Lynx (even tho I dont have it yet but plan on buying it at an upcoming sale), the Bhishma and the Vickers Mk.7.
So theres no real reason to play 10.0 imo, and theres no real difference between 11.0 or 11.3 to me.
But what was important for me and why I wanted L26 specifically on the Ch1 DS is because I wanted an enjoyable lineup I can play and benefit from the bonuses of a premium.
Sure I could just play the TT Ch1 Mk.3 but then I wouldnt make as much research point and silver lions as I could with the Ch1 DS.
In the end both are Ch1 Mk.3 so why shouldnt the premium also have L26, but thats just my opinion.

The only reason I ever ran a 10.0 lineup was because I had no 10.3s to run it with. I ran the Mark 2 and the DS, both of which normally got shoved into max uptiers anyway (or 10.7) whereas now the DS adds to a pretty good lineup.
Apart from anything else it’s historically accurate for the portrayal. Gulf War Chally 1s had L26.

So I havent played WT in a hot minute, logged in and saw the Chally DS is finally 10.3 with the L26 as well as it appears they also fixed some bugs with it too.
I don’t know if they did anything with the armor to get it up to snuff but at least FINALLY we have a good round for its BR. Now its 10.3 with everything else which is great.
