to be fair i have a clip of the inert sabots on Chally 1 detonating. So gunjob giveth gunjob taketh.
We can name a mean jet and tank but naming the mods on it is horrendous. Although I assume it’s better than what the Germans do. Part 355579 is the screw for the 4th left mudguard of the Leo.
Ah yes, the 2 piece ammo problem
do the HESH rounds irl explode, I read about hesh using insensitive plastic explosives so they shouldnt detonate when hit by a projectile
Naked challenger isnt real.
Naked challenger cant hurt you.
Naked Challenger;
its not naked, its has its kilt on
ignore this i didnt realise you were asking not stating 😭
I didnt see it… :)
I said something daft about Sabot being inert which wouldnt explain it exploding
That said, off the top of my head the HESH round won’t explode if hit by an incoming projectile on its own.
It’s mainly the bag charges which have a habit of going bang. I will ask a source of mine who works around them if he has any idea (that he’s allows to tell me anyway).
Hey, on the bright side, I’ve just seen a datamine from Gszabi, Leclerc Turret Traverse got buffed. There’s hope for us yet!
I mean plastic explosive is inert and can be eaten and set a flame without exploding so I would assume the same for hesh as it is using plastic explosive as well. And I don’t mean explode from eating but it’s non toxic.

This bug report mentions pretty exact armour values for the mantlet, I thought this was classified (I’m not trying to infer anything in the report is classified) but clearly it isnt.
As they clearly aren’t classified, does anyone know where these values can be found?
