I don’t understand where they got a source from for the basket, I ain’t going to reveal too much but I am definitely sure that there is not one public internal document for a mechanics manual and training for the Challenger 2 showcases a turret basket hence why the lot of us want to know where they got that type of source from where a turret basket was “implemented” into the tank (that being false)

Adding onto this if there was there would be sufficient training and a correct manual made for the tank to handle the systems that would be around the turret basket and the mechanisms connected to it if there is any.
I found it curious that, thanks to a report, the T-64A’s armor protection was reduced, apparently demonstrating that the Textolite had excessive protection in the game, but the other tanks with Textolite haven’t received an armor reduction. I asked about it and was told it’s because the Textolite on the other tanks was better, but I’m not sure.

Gaijin - Sorry, we don’t believe the British army and the people who are developing the round about it’s capabilities so no, the round won’t do in game what its own developers say it can.
Also gaijin - we think the Russians need a IR guided air to ground missile so we will just create the kh-38MT even though there’s no evidence it ever actually existed, we’ll also make the seeker perform so far past its own marketing brochure claims that it would make Pravda blush.
It’s ridiculous, a double standard and utter hypocrisy.

Ah - but you see - that’s not the T-80U we have in War Thunder. The one where the armour is suspiciously over and above that of what it is in real-life.

Ah that’s what I was trying to find. Then again they wont take this as a source even though this source I think comes from one of the training bases and I think its the one in Kent. The destroyed picture should also clearly sum it up but I guess not to their eyes.

I feel like they speak to any real life engineers or mechanics for RE who are based around the UK working on these types of vehicles in their workshops they still wouldn’t take that as a reliable source.
they refuse to use a fair bit of evidence from ukraine which means two of the wrecks will be ignored. which is fair enough as its a major sore point for russia.
Gaijin can also be absurdly stubborn then they think the are correct, even when easily proved wrong.

The thing is, if it was for game balance then they should just be honest and admit that rather than coming up with explanations that a 5 year old can see straight through. It just makes them look stupid and dishonest.

I mean this isn’t the only time they don’t believe the actual manufacturers and people who have worked on or built the things. I still don’t understand why to this day they won’t believe anything even if it is coming from a direct source from the correct manufacturers or as said mechanics for those vehicles.

I think that is what is aggravating people, they wont tell us anything at all on why they added this in the first place and honestly this sums up their lack of communication and information they give to us as a community.
If they are telling us something they made a post about it after everything becomes heated to then clear stuff off their back after its too late.
Let the russians have their fun in game because in real life its not going too well…

Smin, no disrespect meant here, but that is on the same level as admitting ignorance, the post talking about the challenger 2 from a few years ago no longer carries weight with many of us, and the addition of an abrams to the tree should not mean the cr2 has to suffer as a result
