Yeah, im the same. And probably half the reason why I dont enjoy groudn is because of the Britain tax and I may actually enjoy top tier more with any other tree. But yeah…

Oh I’m not saying that I’d prefer the ammo upgrade over the ready rack, as realistically it’s not gonna change that much.
You would need to give it M829A2 levels of pen for it to be a substantial effective buff. (which just aint happening cause even im aware L27A1 is long in the tooth)
Ready rack and armour fix would be better for the CR2s’ intended roles.
mate if you’re basing what ground can offer based off of using Britian in GRB then I suggest giving USA, Ger, sweden or even china a go

Britains best lineup was about 10.7 with the CR1 mk3 , vickers mk7, CR1 DS and ofc the mk2 and maybe a light, spaa or CAS/CAP.
for me? 8.7 britains the funnest, the cheiftains are just fantastic fun for the BR providing you dont just hold W
I disliked the grind so much that I won’t ever grind another tree. Another tree would probably be more fun, but the GRB economy is terrible
I’m partial to 10.3 because it avoids the uptiers and you still get full CAS and SPAA.
Which is why I’m hoping for an Ajax with and without javelin, so we have one for 10.3 and one at 11.0 like they’ve done with the puma
Eh so so, depends if you are good at it or not, I ground out the 9.3 auto cannon light for france, the Leopard 2a4 and im 120k from the vextra all in about 4/5 days, not bashing it every day.

guns Nexter and BAE joint made, the turret is german made though, through a rhiemental apparently with BEA interactions.
Providing this comes from wiki so could be more or less I do not really know much
EDIT; The turret is still General Dynamics UK designed so its just put together by Rhiemental, for some reason no one actually really knows
I know, its one of those ones, so the main contractor for AJAX is lockheed martin, as general dynamics UK is the UK branch / department of GD which is from the USA, they outsourced the construction of the turret structure to rhiemental.

mk 10 is a nuke machine, just dont go telling gaijin that as they’ll move it up. the reason its a nuke machine is because its one of the best balanced vehciles in the game as it doesnt stomp in down tiers but also doesn’t get totally stomped in uptiers. Its perfect, and im just waiting for the day gaijin eviscerates it.
I do enjoy the Mk10, but the mk5 and 3 are my favourites, that chieftain look without stilbrew is absolutely phenomenal to me TBH xD

been meaning to get the khalid, but then again a fast chieftain just doesnt suit my play style. I like to snipe, and if i cant ill sit near a cap and defend it with my life. Most of the time dying to a bomb or atgm rather than a tank. I like slow games, probably why i hate gaijin so much as they tend to favour the fast paced action. I have the type 10 and 90 but even with them ill be sniping raather than rushing in and getting into cqb, just doesnt seem fun relying on reaction time (wich i lack MASSIVELY) rather than trying to outsmart the enemy by side scrapping or any other technic.
the khalid is a fantastic addition to the 9.3 lineup and one of my most used tanks, I did spend a while using it wrong though, you have that extra mobility so sometimes end up over extended compared to where you should really be positioned in a chieftain.
other than that its a banger man, it used to be a nightmare with the leo2a4 and such at 10.3 , the L23 kinda struggled with them, now thouhg its great fun

When ever i play i do suddenly realise i should move, but then i also realise there is not other spot i can move to because gaijin dont like “campers” apparently. Them removing all the sniping spots from the maps is just detrimental as i knew where the enemy were going to be and i had already came up with counters to half of them.
But most of the time ill die because im the only one holding a cap so it tends to be easier to find me, whyt the bk is so fun cause you dont have to worry so much about helis getting your ass as you have the aps, although that doesnt stop bombs and kh38s from getting your ass. Just wish we had an spaa to use againt them as i have to bring the eft to even have a chance at catching the su slinging them at me.
They didnt remove all the sniping spots from maps at all man, I consistently get post 2000 meter shots on the larger maps , they removed scummy camping spots that are insanely one sided that would allow one team entire map control.
You still have plenty options for sniping, especially with chieftain
Once you cap the point, you should move off the point, allows for you to ambush folks pushing cap as well as not be as prolific a target for cas and such.
APS stops KH38s? why wouldn’t it? the BK aps stops pretty much everything. Though now adays I barely play top tier its just a cluster fk tbh, I can do well there, just cant be arsed doing with it.
the Rafale and F15 have caused me far, far more issues than the Kh38 holders, christ they’re brainless af man, I’ve shot down more su30s in GRB iwth a J8B than I have in ARB with a phoon xD
