Turns out CR3 torque converter has been installed on CR2 “Megatron”. that might be a possible ingame upgrade for TES/OES versions in the future, sadly no exact details are available

Those are the flashing beacon (aka. “winky wonky”) and the meteorological sensor. The met sensor should be raised while the tank is at action, but the flashing beacon is only fitted on ranges to indicate the firing state of the tank to range control.
