nice
Well, you want get that far. The block is a part of the armour packages and it is what makes Cr2 versions different. And 2 BN and 2E never mounted that block so they will probably ignore it.
i would think the 2e being an export version wouldnt have access to it but the rest should have its “theatre entry standard” armour packages added as a choice. its called a standard for some reason…
The probability of success is not zero. I don’t lose anything for losing, and the prize is too tempting.
It’s time to remember that the 2F in stock has armor (ROMORA) like cheli 2 in the top. However, in the top it has NERA blocks like TES/OES
There is different between front hull of chelli 2F and chelli 2BN/E/3TD?))))
As someone wrote to me on the ru forum:“So you can easily come to the 2E in an OES body kit with an Iron Fist and an L55.”)))))))
It is no different.
Yea if we go full theoretical we could do that.

Thats a OES with Iron Fist and 140mm autoloader
ATDU?)

Gaijin could easily use the CR2 2F/TES/OES as a test bed for Anti-Thermal blankets. They could add variants of vehicles with Anti-Thermal netting, I know there is some leopard/STRV variants with the same netting.
Russia has to be the nation that generally get everything first, so until there is a Russian vehicle that has Anti-Thermal netting/coating we are not going to see it.
I would love for Britian to be the nation that has a unique mechanic on some of their vehicles that no other nation has for awhile.
Even more so touching on the 2F/TES/OES, they could go as far to make the Jamming equipment useful, even if its ahistorical (I know the jamming equipment is for IEDs). Make the jamming equipment jam certain ATGMs and Scout drones that enter the vicinity of the 2F/TES/OES. Instead what we get, is useless eye candy. Isn’t there other British vehicles that feature the jamming equipment? Add those vehicles so it’s not just the CR2s with it. BUT NO, nations aren’t allowed to have gimmicky mechanics that no other nations would have.
Lets not add unique features to certain nations top tier MBTs and actually make vehicles feel different from each other, and add an incentive to players to want to play minor nations vehicles since they offer something unique and different to their vehicles that the major nation vehicles don’t have. Instead lets have all top tier MBTs feel the same and monotonous.
We could have an amazingly unique light tank line, instead 10 years later we have 2…. Going well so far.
This is where WoT has WarThunder beat. Nations get unique mechanics to their vehicles, Top Tier vehicles will all feel different from each other, all offering their unique play style to the game. Making people decide if they want to go down a certain line or another.
WoT also adds whole lines at once, what does Gaijin do? Drip feed that stuff over a 4 year period.
And puts most of the most anticipated stuff behind a pay wall. The f20 as premium has gotta be one of the biggest jokes they could have pulled. Went against their own ideology just so they can add it as a premium to get more money. The a10, su25, a6e, OES, sea vixen, f5c….
Now that the Fox was added after how long of asking? Its going to be maybe…3 years till another British light gets added.
Instead of fixing CR2s, lets just keep adding varients of the CR2 that inherit the same problems to the game because quantity > quality. Without fixing the problems that stem from inaccuracies with the vehicles due to a lack of proper documentation as well as motives. This isn’t even a CR2 problem, this problem exist among most MBTs.
Abrams - Remodel the Turret Ring
leclercs - Mobility, Armour, Shell
CR2s - Mobility, Mantlet, Shell
Ariete - Just lower the BRs (I don’t follow Ariete to know the problems with them aside from being paper)
Type 10 etc - Mobility, Armour
Merkavas - Proper KE Armour Protection
ZTZs - (I don’t follow china that much, I know their Mantlets are just as poor as the CR2s.)
The arietes are missing hull armour and need slightly better modifiers for their internal and external composites. They should be on par with challenger 1 levels of armour. So probably a br of around 11.0 max maybe even 10.7 without dm53 perhaps.
Youll never guess which russian tank was the first to mount Anti-Thermal netting, thats right, T90M.
I heard that the T90M had some thermal coating but I was surprised when it wasn’t added along with it.
I so much want a researchable wyvern or strikemaster analog and sea vixen, Black Prince, excelsior, A.C. IV.
