I’ll be the continual wet blanket in saying there’s no sourcing on what the later applique is. I’m not of the opinion that its a solid 50mm plate. It looks similar to the old applique on the Shir 2 that was just a thin cover with unknown contents.

I never said it was a 25mm plate, the contents could be some sort of sandwich for all I know. Regardless the old Shir 2 applique was just a similar hollow cover.
I believe fireball quoted at one point it was some sandwich of HHRA and Kevlar but I don’t believe he gave a source. Regardless it isn’t likely a solid plate.
In fact, all CR2 except 2E and BN should have this 50mm plate in WT?
Only 2F l, TES and OES. Base 2 with DL2E, 2Fe and BN have 25 and 2E has none
It was only mounted when the Romor was replaced with the Dorchester block iirc, so only the later models and the 3TD if you count the one time it had it during the show where the trophy mock-up was.

The top edge being beveled sorta rules it out being solid, you’d never shape a solid plate to a point that way, it would have a hard edge

In game kevlar will give 0.10 ke per 1 mm
The ratio is correct, what you’re forgetting is perspective, the ufp is 330 thick, but you’ve drawn it vertically down.
