I thing the biggest issue comes from when its drops into neutral steering, thats really slow so the game doesnt 100% know how to drop it down smoothly, if the natural turn rate left to right was quicker i think the stutters would go away
Hopefully we hear something soon
Keep in mind that, although composition is the same, it’s more angled, both sideways and backwards!
Angle of attack against Challenger 2s is 57º, while it’s 60º for Challenger 3. This extra angling increases its strength. I am glad they fixed it.
The turret buff is only the Challenger 3, the Chally 2 is still around 720mm KE on the turret.
The hull buff is for all Challenger 2/3 variants
The sides of the glacis were always stronger than the central part in the armour viewer. This is because it counts the bulkheads of the sponsons of the fuel tanks as armor; you can test it. Pick L27A1 and shoot there. You will see the shell punch through the armor with the same ease as the rest of the hull, but stop once it goes through the fuel tank.
Still no mantlet fix even though it’s been aknowlaged for 7 months now. 5 more months ro it’s year anniversary.
That is true, but if you shoot the shoulder from a side angle you can clearly see the plate I marked with a red line stopping the shell.
You can also see its volumetric as it gives around 2000mm of protection when shot head on.
I haven’t seen this before but it may have always been there
One thing
Is anyone going to write regenerative in their spot, or i mus sac my own for it?
Everyone must include this!
That’s what I am doing, hahah. Will show when done!
EDIT: Nevermind! I just realised what you meant. Well, regenerative steering it is, then!
I might ask them to model torque…
Good idea! Watch it crash the dragor tho…
I fit a couple of things within, technically, one thing, hahah.
I added three ideas as “mobility features”.
Hi guys this might have been bug reported before but looking at this picture the gap between the inner hull sides and the turret ring seem alot closer than modelled. Additionally the inner hull section isn’t modelled (on the Chally 1 it is modelled) which can sometimes lead to some strange over pressure deaths.
I dont think it was reported. Well, good luck doing one!
Also look for the spall liner
