Nah, germany had no hand in the vickers.
Just providing the chassis is not enough.
The idea, the plan is sth that matters a lot in my opinion. It is a british vehicle, you have the history with it not germany. Just as much as the chally 130 got the german history.
The implementation into germany as a kind of join venture maybe, so that its in both nations.
But the vickers should never be in germany alone
