I have always been interested in the armored forces of the various central American countries, and I think there should be some inclusion of these nations into any proposal for a new Latin American tech tree. Vehicles that could be interesting to include in any Latin American tech tree are…
the various el Salvadorian tank destroyers/gun trucks, probably 3 of the variants (vcta2, m114 marenco, mazzinger-Z)
the 107mm recoilless rifle mounted jeep or humvee found in many of these countries arsenals,
The lav-300 found in the pre 1989 Panamanian army
And the Saladin and m40 recoiles rifle mounted RBY mrk1 that was in service in the Honduras army.
Guatemala could contribute the armadillo APC, but that would only have a .50 cal. In short, this tech tree would have around 8-9 vehicles, all wheeled and armoured cars, which would act as a lineup for a subtree. All these vehicles have articles on them online.
