I’m wondering what the option “Chat Censor” is even for. You call someone one of the gamer words and they get so butthurt that they report you, then you get a chat ban. 1. Could the “victim of cyberbullying” toggle this option on to never see words that harm their fragile emotions? 2. If you leave that unchecked, you should be able to let it rip however you want and get plenty of insults back; it’s part of gamer culture to say the n and f word (not fuck) as much as possible.
The game is rated 12+ and the rules are set thereafter. The chat filter is there so that parents have some control over what their children see in the game, it is not an excuse to break the rules. For a shorter version of the rules with some examples i recommend reading the Code of Conduct.
