As I state the CBR needs better managers. I’ve seen numerous reports gone untouched for years and reports marked needs more info or not a bug when it indeed is 80% of the time a bug. Such as the latest the AGM-84H with not enough info, but when I clicked on these sources it leads to a a source with MULTIPLE points of references. Are the Bug Reporting Managers just getting lazy or don’t even bother looking at half of these? I had a report about being crew locked for 6 minutes after dying to a enemy open for almost a year now with no labels, not even closed, or notice it needs more info.
My favourite is bug reports that are accepted but sit untouched forever with no updates to them.
This company truly sucks at communications.

Still don’t know how the way Tow-2B works in game is a game convention when clearly its a bug…
Double standards for when to add mockups and when to reject them for being non-functional

Accepting false bug reports without reading the sources thoroughly and sending them to devs
The list goes on and on
What they need to do is have individual numbers per manager i.e. #1-12 and not share a username across multiple people.
Last time that happened bug reporter mods got targeted and then we found some nasty stuff about them. Anonymity is fine but there has to be some sort of power checking and multiple bug reporter mods commenting on a bug.
It doesn’t need to be their username, all it would need to be is a persistent handle.
Also personally, I’d love to see much more data about the portal itself and report’s status made public.
Because I’m practically certain that there is no triage performed on reports passed as suggestions (used as a searchable repository for soft balancing). and that the age of the report has a fairly low weighting in determining the next work task to be executed.
And that the quantity of accepted reports is not actually in decline either. And that outside someone with access nudging a report(which doesn’t always seem to do much), they can readily languish for years. and with no time limit in place for escalating it to anyone’s attention.
Or having an element that’s solely tasked with action the oldest reports on file.
I can care less for the usernames. What i want is some god damn accountability for the laziness.
