Yes it deals campers, if CAS goes straight to camper, but that’s happens once in 10 battles. Guys taking light fast vehicles to cap home point or get 1-2 assist and spawn plane, mostly they don’t care about campers and targeting those who moves, captures points and tries to be active, or bombing spawn and campers continuing camping.
Lets spam more and more jets for 2-3 years that eclipse all the sams and spaa in game. Yes even the panstir can no longer be deemed a credible threat. Because Air players have to much freedom on the map can attack from any direction at ground level super sonic speeds. And this has only made one death leavers worse the premuims made it a problem. Air now having compete and total domaince in ground has made sure that problem isnt going away
Camping in ground isnt a problem it is literally ground game play. Adding air to counter it was and always will be in the current meta a utterly bs argument
It deals with campers by becoming map campers that can also camp spawns but now both and hit anything that spawns or moves with relative immunity. Making sure if you dont have air up you die. The first team that can spam air can usually and does win because they can punish ground with very little risk.
Ah yes the classic post from someone who does not have a real line up at top tier complaining about people using full lineups at top tier. These posts should just be auto modded out, its so tiring listening to the cope from people who don’t think they should have to grind top tier CAS, telling everyone else that did that the whole game should change because they said so. CAS is only OP when you literally don’t have spaa or planes of your own. Which judging by your stats you literally only have top tier spaa for one single nation and 0 LITERALLY 0 top tier planes.
Especially when You are driving a tank or spaa that doesn’t have as effective range as a plane
Spawn a plane bro.
“Die and be happy about it”
muh range muh range all so tiresome.
Die and play some quasi-ARB in a Ground mode.
I explained everything and high tier matches confirms my point, i have lineups (and many others too) but as i said before, there’s no point to continue 2nd-3rd spawn.
This forum has discussed this “problem” over 10000 times already. Just because you do not have the CAS doesn’t mean everyone else can’t use them.
Who said i don’t have and who said nobody should use it??
How is it possible to play the game as long as you have, and still not know anything?
Squad andy writes what now?
Wow it was that easy for you to get hot and bothered, arms spaghetti. Not really surprising, could sense it a galaxy away.
I don’t think about you at all, you were the one who took time out of padding behind rock #14 in spawn to make a terrible take.
I dunno chief, you kind of replied as expected. Casino’s would give that a 1:1 payout.
Also I actually think you read my first post wrong which made you even more juiced, see, it tells you who the reply is sent to and who the quote is from, two completely different people.
Why should people be forced to fly planes in a game mode that is not fun to fly planes in.
If I want to fly planes, there’s ASB which is significantly more enjoyable and fun (and whose control scheme is not viable against mouse aim players except for a on-the-deck flat rate fight due to no AoA limits and better rudder control - so you can’t even do ASB style flying in GRB).
Or alternatively, there’s a game mode with significantly higher rewards even if it’s just as miserably arcadified as ground RB. At least the rewards there make it worth it.
But flying in ground RB?
- Not enjoyable (tiny map, short timer, airspawn, full-real controls non-viable against mouse aim)
- Terrible rewards.
Also as an added bonus, the only viable game mode to grind planes in is ARB.
What if someone only wants to fly planes with stick & rudder? Should they be at a disadvantage for only ever playing air sim and not ARB?
Or what if someone might enjoy cold war/theoretical modern war tanks, but prefers flying propeller aircraft as they’re much more mechanically challenging and interesting to fly over jets that fly themselves for you (no diss for jet pilots - radar/BVR stuff takes over the raw technical art of flying, but it’s an entirely different form of pleasure).
Or what if someone enjoys british tanks but japanese aviation? (picked japanese over american as it’s non-meta at BVR tiers)
And some people don’t care for planes at all.
If someone so wanted, they could first-boot warthunder, fly out in ARB and do nothing else but ARB.
If someone so wanted, they could first-boot warthunder, fly out in ASB and do nothing else but ASB.
Why is GRB/GSB any special. Why can’t you first-boot warthunder and do nothing but tanks and be just as viable as the earlier two players? AGB have this option, so it’s not even unprecedented. NAB/NRB too.
Fairness between game modes, actually making the game playable for history/vehicle enthusiasts who have a favourite vehicle or group of vehicles and letting them focus on it.
I like my corsairs. If I want to fly my corsairs, I don’t want to bother with tanks. I can do that and have fun.
I think the F2H-2 looks cool. I can take it out and fly it without regard for tanks (absurd spawn costs and zomber-infested brackets not withstanding).
I like my demon, it’s not a plane I’m as passionate for as WW2 pacific theatre things, but it’s pretty cool and still a carrier aircraft.
Regardless of what tank I like, I cannot use that tank without being punished for not wanting to fly that day. Not interwar. Not WW2. Not cold war.
I can’t even play GSB over GRB because “Sorry, your chosen vehicle is not in rotation today”, so cannot even fall back to “well, at least the planes handle in an intrinsically fun way” when forced to use them.
I’m pretty confident in saying I’m decently competent with my planes and flying them in GRB is an exercise in torture due to the later listed reasons. The lack of markers is nice. The other things? Not so much.
A not insignificant amount of pre-missile aircraft prefer combat at altitudes far exceeding relevant altitudes for GRB and prefer trajectories that a tiny 10x10 km pit do not permit (might even be less on some maps.)
For missile aircraft, engagement ranges make even 120x120 size maps too small and a very regular complaint and demand in the air communities.
In what non-arcade sense is it fun to use planes in an airspawn environment doing things they were not designed for in a tiny shoebox?
Even mid-vietnam era aircraft on cusp of BVR were not designed for the conditions of GRB (or ARB even), much less modern platforms (which even ASB fails to provide adequate play environment for)
Then give ground players the same mechanics as the combined arms naval game modes and ground arcade do: Random aircraft they can spawn for SP or kill streaks.
It is your problem because you’re expecting people to do things contrary to their purpose of playing particular vehicles.
What’s wrong with sitting behind a rock?? as if your cod rushing way is the only way to enjoy the game lol if you hate players playing defensively and show a pixel of their turret dome, maybe try playing Arcade mode if you hate stealth that much?
