You can fight spawn camping in ARB way easier than in GRB though.
In PVP game both players should have a chance against one another.
When one is in a tank and the other is in a plane that is not a case meaning things are not properly balanced. It is like in CS:GO if one player after death could play a ghost that is able to kill a player that have killed them while the other can’t do anything about it.
How many times have you seen planes attack camper?? They are focusing active players who tries to move, capture points and take good positions.
On lower tier they usually try to attack anything that they can see, that’s hit marker, scout marker and muzzle flashes/mg trails, getting close to be able to see the targets should be the last thing they wanted to do as it exposing them to mg, on high tier jets has cameras that could zoom in all the way from planet mars so that make spotting targets even easier and make tank has even little chance to avoid death, its currently feels like a race to jump into a stupid jet or respawn in ground vehicles to be a target practice/feeder to drain your team’s ticket and give them even more sp to respawn another jet to ruin other players fun, I honestly can’t see myself enjoy any of that tanks gameplay.
Also CAS problem is not exactly only exist in high tier, SPAAs 5.0-7.0 before the 7.3 ZSU-23-4 are mostly ineffective useless craps with way too many limitations like bad turret turning rate that takes years of playing to become decent, and in that br bracket they are mostly open top with crew exposed that could be easily taken out by CAP which is something extremely easy to spawn, you just need a freaking one kill assist then you can spawn one with default belt, sometimes my FV4005 doesn’t even get to fire its first shot as CAP already coming after it 1 minute into the game, that makes me feel fucking stupid I tell you.
To make these matters even worse, we have players aka CAS mains who play ground battle solely to spawn plane as soon as possible, come here to gaslight players into believing SPAA is effective and CAS is not a problem in ground battle because their stats shows they are not interested in playing ground vehicles, any time I read these guys who has 0.3 kdr on their light tanks who they used to rush objective points just to spawn CAP/CAS says CAS is not a problem I immediately see 🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡
Not new, and is now only Kamov. AH1 or Apache Rushing is looong gone, even MI isn’t quite in the party. And other heli are nerfed with KA lmao.
That one only working pantsir is not working, though there should be something to be done with the logic of AAA, for that 90sp shouldn’t shoot 900sp planes straight out of the air. I’m expecting a form of plane + pantsir, but they increased ARH sp… so no more countering CAS with inefficient CAP, going with pantsir for best efficiency only in the dream.
Yes and stop right here. It’s the map with no cover no lane separation no width nor depth that has the main issue. CAS won’t be so efficient facing those covering buildings (Yes city maps ingame like Sweden still have open areas). While the spawn is camped by ground, not CAS. That AGM will go straight through a spawning tank, but ground camper can wait till immortal ends All The Time.
For me 1DL is 1 map not worth playing 2 team not worth playing 3 no line up. CAS? Who haven’t experienced WW2 US Air in a panzer.
Best game I had these days is against Full lineup French, top tier port. They brought up the last amx30super, I got my Rad90 backup. CAS all dead to VT1

So yea, I’ll say it again, it’s a good thing that these guys have the rent-free space to always have CAS on thier mind, but not thinking about how to fix it, as it shows who genuinely has the problem with the game they play.
And to constantlly be labeled, shows the true issue with word usage and actual respect. I care not for the complaints, the true problem is that ANY interaction with these guys on ANY of thier wants brings on a barrage of dogpiling, and the ‘’‘conversation’‘’ ends up being derailed by them, proclaiming that ONLY their suggestion is the solution.

Thats fair, just seems like sometimes our voice gets disregarded (the people who actually make good suggestions or have genuine and good reasoning, not the “Ka-50 killed me twice nerf CAS”)
I commonly mention about the tactics that these guys use to shout down people constantly like they do… And to be clear, it’s not shut down, it’s shout down.
I’ve even mentioned map changes and adding other objectives for the air vehicles, such as the old artillery that could be found and taken out by air so then the ground units don’t have artillery support.
But it all comes back to how ‘bad’ those damn air players are because ‘HOW DARE THEY interrupt my blinkers on gameplay!’ xD

Well, for one, you’re not fighting against the plane at that stage, and if you’ve already been selected as a target you may as well kiss your ass goodbye.
All you’ve got left is smoke and hide, praying that they don’t get a direct drop on you.

Other teammates with SPAA could clear it out and ward it off, no matter how ineffective you proclaim it to be.
If you are tracked if someone is fast enough on you to repair it, then you may be able to get moving again.
And moving, is a very simple counter as well, it’s harder to hit a moving target than one that is sitting there trying to snipe like they have no worry about what is in the sky.
There’s so much to advise that your constant write-off of any suggestion to proclaim that you need your own mode on the regular as you do is patheticly selfish and dead-set a demand compared to a true solution.

If air player is good he will always drop bomb at You with 1.5s delay so no matter what You will do You will die.
Smoke will disappear after around 25s. Teammates doesn’t always use SPAA, so again when You are in a a tank You don’t have a chance

Yeah there’s literally 4 viable solutions: better designed maps to fight off cas from the ground, better aa systems to try and balance, or separated combined arms and ground forces q’s, non player AA outside of the map to harass CAS as they have free reign over the nothingness around the battlefield. But gaijin doesn’t seem to even want to begin to change or implement any testing for these types of things. I’m sure there could be a lot more people think of but can’t really do anything until Gaijin does.
Literally why I speak up against “add SPAA to ARB/ASB” because it just legitimizes attempts at getting CAS balanced through association.
